I am Indonesian
This is my yoga practice studio for Yoga Asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing) and Meditation.

I learnt yoga instruction from two beautiful teachers
Seema Sondhi - Hauz Khas - Delhi - India (200 hours) - The Yoga Studio
Louisa Sear - Ubud- Bali (200 & 300 hours) - YogaArts

Currently i am studying with Matthew Sweeney - Vinyasa Krama Mandiram at Ubud
Refreshing the knowledge and added new perfective in the way im teaching.

I came to yoga for health reasons in 2012 and since then yoga is my safest place. I have been doing daily self-practice since then and started teaching from 2016.
My teaching has taught me much about the human body and how every human body is unique.
​
I teach about Asanas using Vinyasa yoga (gentle and mindful), Yin yoga and Restorative yoga.
For Pranayama I teach alternate nostril breathing (Nadhi Sodhana), Kapalabhati, Sheetali, Bramhari, Ujjai, Sama Vritti, Visama Vritti).
